Kat apprenticed under Renee Baribeau, the Practical Shaman for 10 months in the Wind Walkers Apprenticeship Program (in additional to previous wind work courses) and is authorized to teach the wind flag work. Besides wind alchemy, Kat is a long time practitioner and teacher of elemental alchemy, transformation and healing through connection with the elements.

The Answers Are Blowing in the Wind
Interested in experiencing more peace in your existence, living more in harmony with nature, reclaiming your identity and your power, revealing your purpose? The ancient winds hold the wisdom to guide you in a live a life filled with abundance as you align with your soul's purpose. The very breath within you is part of the fabric of the element of air.
A good initiation to jump start your communion with the wind is this workshop to craft wind flags. We will learn how to intuitively access wind spirits and some techniques for building a prosperous, lasting relationship with the wind. By the end of class, you will have identified 3-6 wind spirits to work with over the next few months, learn how to conduct a wind flag ceremony, understand how to release a wind and call in a new wind and how to build a wind altar.

Blank white flags
Need 1, 3, 6 or 12 flags preferably on a string for hanging or can hang individually on a garden flag stake
(size not that important)
Wind Spirit Cards by Renee Baribeau
Permanent fabric paints or markers
Book: "Winds of Spirit" by Renee Baribeau (Optional but recommended)
Wind whistle (Optional)
A wind whistle is a fun and useful tool but not necessary to commune with the wind
